At the French FFSA GT3 Championships and the European FIA GT3 Championships, which took place from April 9th to October 30th this year, CDVI, leading manufacturer of access control systems for over the last 25 years (Digicode® flagship brand), was present at some of the most famous motor racing tracks in Europe: Albi, Dijon, Ledenon, Magny-Cours, Nogaro, Val de Vienne, Algarve (Portugal), Silverstone (England), Navarra (Spain), Slovakiaring (Slovakia) and Zamdvoort (Holland).
Two prestigious championships where the CDVI brand was clearly visible in two Aston Martin DBRS9 cars, with the LMP Motorsport team in the driving seat.
David Benhammou, President of CDVI and a motorsport enthusiast, was behind this innovative high profile corporate communication strategy adding a new dimension to CDVI's brand image.
2011 is very much a year for sports sponsorship, with a number of highly mediatised meetings and events on the calendar.
The programme included thrills, team spirit, solidarity, adventure and new discoveries.
The organization of these day events for CDVI included meetings and public relations operations with its clients; special arrangements were made to welcome clients, who had access to the paddock with the drivers during race preparations as well as lunches and discussions with the sports teams.
A special moment and the highlight of each competition was to be able to co-drive one of the Aston Martins.
This very popular operation was enjoyed by the 300 or so guests invited to the VIP area.
The four drivers in the LMP Motorsport team sponsored by CDVI put in a very promising performance. Frédéric Gabillon and Paul Lamic landed a third place on the podium for the final of the FFSA GT season on the Paul Ricard racing circuit. As for Maxime Martin and Gaël Lesoudier, they came second and third in the FIA GT3 on the Silverstone and Paul Ricard circuits

Positive results for CDVI at the end of a sponsorship season which turned out to be action-packed, with many thrills and fine performances.
We will be back in 2012 for more sporting adventures.
